Not affiliated with the game or its developer

rd2builds is an independent, fan-made project. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by the underlying game's developer or publisher, and has no official connection to them. All trademarks and game content referenced belong to their respective owners.

Accuracy of game data

Costs, requirements, node names, and other game data on this site are compiled through community research and manual entry, not sourced directly from the developer. This data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Nothing on this site is an official source, and we make no guarantee of accuracy. Use it as a community reference, not as authoritative.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information when creating an account, and don't create accounts to abuse, impersonate, or circumvent restrictions on the site (including rate limits or the admin tooling).

Your content

You retain ownership of the builds, tier loadouts, and comments you create. By publishing content on the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the site (for example, showing your published build to other visitors, or in link previews). You're responsible for what you post.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit;
• Impersonates another person or entity;
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property rights;
• Is spam, or promotes unrelated products/services; or
• Attempts to exploit, scrape, or abuse the site outside of normal use.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, without prior notice.

Advertising

The site may display ads served through Google AdSense, shown only if you've consented to advertising cookies (see our Privacy Policy). Ads are subject to Google's own advertising policies, which we don't control.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. This is a self-funded fan project maintained on a best-effort basis, not a commercial service with any uptime guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including reliance on any game data, cost calculation, or build shown here.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated “Last updated” date.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
